𝗡𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴. 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀. 𝗧𝘂𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴

We understand the immense pressure a chemistry student faces when running for office. It often results in notations of "A" for Absent or "E" for Excused in a laboratory manual because duty called elsewhere—meaning experiments must later be performed alone. Seeking office requires partitioning one’s time, especially when balancing subjects as abstract as Physical Chemistry and as intricate as Biochemistry. Yet, he consistently answers the call: drafting clarifications for the administration when policies need reform and serving as a pillar for a student government that listens, cares, and acts.

The Chemistry Department is his home. We have observed him since his very first day, and it is evident that he remains deeply grounded. Despite the weight of his titles, he remains the student who stays late to clean a shared workstation and the peer who never hesitates to explain a complex reaction to a struggling classmate.

In light of this, the 𝗜𝗦𝗨-𝗘 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗔𝗖𝗦) proudly endorses our junior student, 𝙃𝙀𝙄𝙉𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙃 𝙀𝙈𝙈𝘼𝙉𝙐𝙀𝙇 𝙂𝘼𝙇𝘼𝘽𝘼𝙔, as he runs for the presidency of the Supreme Student Council (SSC) once more. We have witnessed him juggle these immense responsibilities, prioritizing student welfare while pursuing academic excellence.

He is a leader who believes in a council that listens to the studentry, fosters partnerships within and beyond Isabela State University, and initiates actions that—even in the smallest ways—positively transform the entire ISU community.
