BARRIO FIESTA THEME
(CONTESTED EVENT – BEST BOOTH 2024)

MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES

1. Contested Event – Best Booth 2024. The Theme is Barrio Fiesta.
2. Booth will be managed & operated by the participating clusters.
3. Participating clusters must create booth with decorations that symbolize their unique values and must beautify their own booth using indigenous materials, recyclable and pre-fabricated materials.
4. Participating clusters will be given 3x3 meter booth space in the school open area (with maximum of only 1 meter extension in front). Participating clusters is responsible for the construction of shelves/display racks.
5. All items displayed inside the booth must be local products with good quality and shall be allowed to be sold and displayed at the booth.
6. The Booth Coordinator will assign the Clusters designated space on December 14, 2024.
7. The participating clusters can start building/decorating/designing their respective booth on/or before December 26, 2024.
8. The Barrio Fiesta Booth will be open from December 27, 2024 to December 28, 2024.
9. The cutting of ribbon and judging of the booth will be on December 28, 2024 at 11 a.m.
10. The judge’s decision shall be final and irrevocable.
