The Dumangas Main Primary Health Care Facility didn’t just bring health services during the Dumangas Annual Fiesta Celebration 2026… we also brought ENERGY, MOVEMENT, and GOOD VIBES! 🕺💃
One of the biggest highlights of our Health Promotion Booth was the successful launching of the 💚 “HEALTH HEARTS SQUAD” 💚 — a Zumba group created to promote a fun, active, and healthier lifestyle for every Dumangasnon!
Because staying healthy doesn’t have to be boring " Pwede gid ya nga may music, dance, community, kag positive energy! "🎶✨
This amazing initiative was proudly headed by our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Krysanthe Pearl D. Bañaria, together with the hardworking Dumangas Main Primary Health Care Personnel and Staff.
Thank you so much to everyone who joined, danced, supported, and shared their energy with us! This is just the beginning because the HEALTH HEARTS SQUAD is ready to make Dumangas stronger, healthier, and more active — one Zumba step at a time! 💪❤️

SUCCESSFUL ACTIVITY ✨
The Dumangas Main Primary Health Care Facility successfully conducted the Health Promotion Booth during the Dumangas Annual Fiesta Celebration 2026 from April 30 to May 4, 2026.
This meaningful activity aimed to promote health awareness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles among Dumangasnons through free health education, consultations, screenings, and interactive health services.
This successful initiative was headed by our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Krysanthe Pearl D. Bañaria, together with all dedicated healthcare personnel and staff of the Dumangas Main Primary Health Care Facility.
Thank you to everyone who visited and supported our booth especially to our beloved LGU headed by Mayor BJ Biron. Together, let us continue building a healthier and stronger Dumangas!

PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY 📢📢

The City Health Office of Cadiz urges the public to temporarily avoid consuming “Aloy” and “Tolingan” fish following confirmed cases of allergic reactions reported in the city.

Affected individuals have experienced symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, fever-like conditions, swelling, difficulty breathing, and other related reactions. Investigations are currently ongoing to determine the cause.

In the interest of public safety, everyone is strongly advised to:
• Refrain from buying, preparing, or consuming these fish varieties
• Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms occur
• Report similar cases to the City Health Office
• Vendors and suppliers are advised to temporarily suspend sale and distribution

Let us all stay vigilant and prioritize our health and safety.

February 26-27, 2026 | Training on Primary Health Care for Barangay Health Workers as Health Education and Promotion Officers (HEPO) Using the New BHW Reference Manual

This two-day activity strengthened the knowledge and skills of our dedicated Barangay Health Workers, equipping them to become more effective advocates of health education and promotion in their respective communities.

Together, we continue to build healthier, informed, and more resilient barangays. 🌿✨
