𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩: 𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 📸🌱

We’re taking a moment to look back at our college’s Founders Week from this past December—and what a week it was!

We are incredibly thrilled to announce that 𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓 won the award for 𝓑𝓮𝓼𝓽 𝓢𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵 𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓽 𝓑𝓸𝓸𝓽𝓱🏆✨

Beyond the festivities, this win is a testament to our 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢’𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 and our 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮’𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮. A massive 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to everyone who visited us, learned about our mission, and helped make our booth a success.

We’re leaving the semester feeling inspired and ready to keep making our campus a greener place to be! 🎄

What an incredible week-long celebration it has been! ☀️

From November 29 to December 4, the festivities unfolded with excitement, creativity, and meaningful connections as students and supporters came together to honor purpose, innovation, and community spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated members whose effort and teamwork made our booth possible, and to every visitor who stepped inside and embraced our advocacy. Your support allowed our creativity and sustainability mission to shine throughout the week. To cap off this unforgettable celebration, we concluded with NEST Night, a simple yet meaningful gathering to celebrate the success of our booth, the bond of our community, and the shared achievements we proudly built together.

​As 𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬, we are transforming ordinary materials into extraordinary decorations for our Founders Day booth. Talk about upcycling ingenuity! We are turning 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆𝒔 into beautiful, lasting flowers, while 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒔 and 𝒆𝒈𝒈 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒔 are being cleverly repurposed as unique, textured decor elements.

𝑵𝑬𝑺𝑻 successfully held its 2𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙮 this past 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 14𝙩𝙝, at the 𝘾𝘼𝙎 𝘼𝙑𝙍.🌳

​The primary objective of the session was to 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

With the recent destruction caused by Typhoon Tino in the province, many families have been severely affected by its devastating floods and strong winds. Communities have been left without clean water and the basic necessities they need to survive.

In response, the League of Student Organizations is launching a donation drive to help the local communities in the province who were deeply affected by the typhoon. We are encouraging everyone to extend a helping hand by donating any essential goods you can share.

You may visit the office of the NORSU LSO if you wish to drop off your donations.

Last October 25, 2025, 𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙏 participated in the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 at DYSR Banilad!

We were hands-on, building 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 using cement and sand. These protective structures will stabilize and help new mangrove seedlings thrive!

Thank you to 𝓚𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓲𝔂𝓪𝓱𝓪𝓷 and 𝓑𝓟𝓘 𝓑𝓪𝔂𝓪𝓷 - 𝓓𝓾𝓶𝓪𝓰𝓾𝓮𝓽𝓮 for the collaboration under the initiative "𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈-𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒊𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑼𝒈𝒎𝒂." It was an impactful day of building a greener future together! 💚
