Rest in Peace, Mc Rheyvin Quillano 🕊️

It breaks our hearts to say goodbye to one of our own. Mc Rheyvin Quillano, still so young, had his whole life ahead of him. His passing is a painful reminder of how fragile life can be.

To the Quillano family, we offer our deepest condolences. Please know that your son was loved and valued by our community.

Rheyvin, thank you for the light you brought — you will be remembered always.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to Sangguniang Kabataan ng Brgy. Bajumpandan for kickstarting this meaningful event and continuously creating platforms that bring out the best in our youth and community. 🙌

On this day, June 12, we commemorate the 127th anniversary of the Philippines' declaration of independence from Spanish rule. It's a day to honor the courage and sacrifices of our heroes who fought for the freedom we cherish today.

As we reflect on our nation's journey, let us remember that freedom is not merely a gift but a right earned through unity, resilience, and unwavering love for our country.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Shane Mae Ortega for her active participation and meaningful contribution to the success of the Children’s Camp 2025.

Organized by the Local Government Unit of Dumaguete City through the City Social Welfare and Development Office, this year’s camp was held on May 29–30, 2025, in Amlan, Negros Oriental.

With the theme “Batang May Kaalam, Kusog, ug Kahibalo: Barog Batok sa Pang-abuso!” the event brought together young participants for 2 impactful days of learning, personal growth, and empowerment.

As a representative of Bajumpandan, Habitat 4, Ms. Ortega played a valuable role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment—fully supporting the camp’s mission to equip children with the knowledge, strength, and courage to stand against abuse.
