The Rotaract Club of Silliman University joined its father club, the Rotary Club of Dumaguete East, in this meaningful outreach on April 19, 2026, in Barangay Manalongon, Sta. Catalina. Lives were touched through 155 medical consultations, 60 minor surgical procedures, 88 dental services, and 24 acupuncture treatments.
