Pinaagi sa nahisgutan nga operasyun, 10 ka mga tawo ang nasikop, nga karon nag-atubang og asunto.
The successful operation was conducted by by RID, PRO NIR with the assistance of PIU NOrPPO, Basay Municipal Police Station, Special Operations Unit, Coast Guard Intelligence Group Southern Visayas, Coast Guard Sub-Station Basay, 4th SOU Maritime, and Regional Maritime Unit SOT NIR, in close coordination with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

1. Alias "Sar" 54 years old, married and a resident of East Balabag, Valencia, Negros Oriental (Truck Driver);
2. Alias "Al" 42 years old, married and a resident of John Ston subdivision, Barangay San Roque, Zamboanga City (Driver);
3. Alias "Pao" 45 yrs old, married of Pandami, Suba-Suba, Sulu;
4. Alias "Vin" 41 yrs old married of Arat Jolo Sulu;
5. Alias "Ron" 53 yra old, of Pandami, Suba-Suba, Jolo Sulu;
6. Alias "Don" 30 yrs old, married of Tulay Zone 3, Jolo Sulu;
7. Alias "Al" 45 yrs old married of Sun Village, Makati Subd. Jolo, Sulu;
8. Alias "Gad" 62 yrs old single of Bungao Brgy. Nalil, Tawitawi;
9. Alias "Jid" 40 yrs old, married of Bungao, Brgy. Nalil Tawitawi; and
10. Alias "Jul" 52 yrs old, married of Brgy. Tulay, Zone 3, Jolo Sulu
Seized during the operation were seven hundred (700) more or less master cases of ci******es bearing the Bosqu Brand; one (1) ten-wheeler closed van; one (1) motorized bangka (Junkong) colored blue; two (2) touchscreen cellular phones consisting of one Vivo cellphone colored blue and one iPhone with gray and black color combination; one (1) white Ford Explorer; and one (1) white Mitsubishi L300.
The confiscated master cases of ci******es were brought to the RID Regional Office, PRO NIR for proper custody and safekeeping, while the motorized bangka was turned over to the Maritime SOU for appropriate disposition. The arrested individuals were transported to Basay Municipal Police Station for documentation and the filing of appropriate charges.
PRO NIR emphasized that the accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of strengthened intelligence gathering, intensified border and coastal security operations, and heightened inter-agency collaboration in combating economic sabotage and illicit trade activities across the region. The Regional Police Office reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to aggressively pursue syndicates and individuals engaged in smuggling operations that undermine lawful commerce, deprive the government of revenues, and threaten public welfare.
