🎉 Congratulations DHOAI Members! 🎉

Today marks a historic and remarkable milestone as Ma’am Victoria becomes the very first land title recipient of the Dumaguete Homeowners Association, Inc. (DHOAI).

This achievement is more than just receiving a land title, it represents years of hope, perseverance, and the realization of a dream of homeownership and security for the members of the association.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the DHOAI Officers for their dedication and unwavering commitment to serving the community. Special thanks as well to the National Housing Authority – Negros Oriental/Siquijor for their invaluable support and partnership in making this long-awaited dream a reality.

May this milestone be the beginning of many more success stories for the members of DHOAI. Congratulations once again, Ma’am Victoria, and congratulations to the entire DHOAI family on this momentous achievement!

Your dedication and hard work not only nourished our bodies but also strengthened the bonds within our church community. The love and care you put into every dish were truly evident and made this gathering a memorable one.

‼️ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️

After how many years, we the DHOAI Officers, BOD and NHA-NOSDO are thrilled to announce the arrival of land titles for our valued community members! After a long-awaited process, all eligible individuals who have completed the necessary requirements will soon receive their official land titles.

This marks a significant milestone for all of us, as it represents a step toward greater ownership, security, and future development.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the National Housing Authority NOSDO, DHOAI Key Officer (Old & New), DHOAI Board of Directors for the dedication and effort in helping processing the land titles. Your commitment and attention to detail have been nothing short of exceptional, and your hard work has significantly contributed to the success of this project.

I know the task at hand has been challenging, but thanks to your expertise and perseverance, we've made tremendous progress. It's truly a privilege to work with such a talented team.

Once again, thank you for your outstanding work. Your contributions have made a real difference, and we all greatly appreciate your efforts.

NOTE:
NHA hasn't yet set a date unto when will be the releasing of titles, they're still finalizing the systems, all I ask is we extend our patience a little bit more.

We're not allowed to show some data from the titles, as of now, we're only showing some glimpse of the title.
