We're finally back—and with fresh new faces!! 🥳

Thank you to everyone who joined our first Midweek Worship of AY 2026–2027! It was such a blessing to gather together once again as a community.

As we continue through this week, may we hold on to the message from our Bible reading in 2 Kings 6:16:

"Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."*

No matter what challenges we face, may we remember that God's presence is greater than our fears. Just as He surrounded Elisha with His heavenly army, He continues to go before us, protect us, and walk with us every step of the way.

Our speaker shared something beautiful tonight: AMICUS should not just be an organization; it should be a community of people who intentionally place God at the center of their hearts.

Tonight’s worship became a living testimony of that truth. Through our shared reflections, stories, and experiences as MAS AMICUS/PCM, we were reminded that we are more than just an organization — we are a united ministry serving as frontliners of faith in our respective universities.

With hopeful hearts and inspired souls, we ended the night deeply grateful for God’s promises — that when we remain steadfast in faith, we too can stand firm like a modern-day Daniel.

To everyone who attended, thank you so much. Despite the distance between us, we were able to connect, grow closer, and remind one another that at the end of the day, it is our faith in God that binds us together as one community.

It’s another Wednesday, PCM! ✨
And that means… it’s time for us to gather once again for our Online Midweek Worship! 🙏

Together with our fellow MAS AMICUS from Davao Mintal and Surigao Chapter, we are once again united for a night of worship, fellowship, and learning in God’s presence. 🤍

This midweek, we are blessed to welcome a Theology graduate from our very own Mountain View College, who will be sharing the special message God has instilled in the heart of our faithful messenger.

Mindsets transformed, hearts blessed ✨

All glory to God for the opportunity to gather with our fellow PCM/AMICUS family from Dumaguete City, Mintal, and Surigao City during our very first online midweek worship! What a beautiful reminder that even across different places, we are united in faith and fellowship.

Say it with us PCM, I am a Eutychus!

“Eutychus” is a Greek name meaning fortunate, lucky, or well-fated. Yet in our Bible reading of Acts 20:7–12, we meet a young man by that very name who falls into a deep sleep during Paul’s sermon, tumbles from a third-story window, and is taken up dead.

So what made him “fortunate”?
Not the fall.
Not the sleep.
Not even the circumstance.

Eutychus was fortunate because God was with him. Through Paul, the Lord restored his life. His story is not about embarrassment or failure, it is about grace.

This midweek, we were reminded that many of us have been, or perhaps still are, like Eutychus in our spiritual lives. Sometimes we grow weary. Sometimes we drift. Sometimes our spiritual sleep leads to a fall.

But the good news is this: the same God who restored Eutychus is still restoring lives today. Our falls are not final when grace intervenes.

So, we are a “Eutychus” not because we too have been tempted and fallen, but because we are loved enough to be lifted.
