Congratulations to E.S. Eric Carl L. Zosa for emerging victorious in the Regional Search for TOBS held on August 22, 2026, in Passi City, Iloilo.

With this remarkable achievement, he has earned the honor of representing the Western Visayas Region in the National Search for TOBS.

This milestone marks a historic moment for NOHS SPEARHEADS Outfit 017-17, as E.S. Eric Carl L. Zosa becomes the first Scout from the outfit to qualify for the national level, setting a new standard of excellence and inspiring future generations of Scouts.

Your dedication, leadership, perseverance, and commitment to the ideals of Scouting have brought pride and honor to the outfit, the council, and the region.

May this achievement serve as a reminder that hard work, determination, and a Scout's spirit can lead to extraordinary accomplishments.

Congratulations and good luck at the National Search!
