Leadership is never inherited. It is earned, nurtured, and entrusted to those willing to serve.

For a decade, TAGAD has shaped young men into advocates who choose courage over silence, compassion over indifference, and action over complacency. Behind every achievement stands a generation of leaders who dared to make a difference.

Today, a new generation steps forward.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴. The leaders who now carry the responsibility of preserving a decade-long legacy while writing the next chapter of TAGAD's story.

𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗗 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝟭𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆

The Teen Advocates for Gender Awareness (TAGAD), under the Men for Violence-Free Communities (MVFC) Program of GWAVE, celebrated its 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at Sea Dreams Resort in Dauin, Negros Oriental.

The celebration began with an evaluation of the organization's Constitution and By-Laws, followed by a team-building activity facilitated by PARESUKAT to strengthen unity, leadership, and collaboration among members. The event concluded with the election of TAGAD's new set of officers for the 2026–2028 term.

As TAGAD celebrates a decade of empowering young advocates, the organization continues its commitment to promoting gender awareness, preventing violence, and developing future leaders dedicated to creating safer and more inclusive communities.

We, 𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗗 (𝗧𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁), are now opening applications for young men who are ready to lead, learn, and make a difference.

Representing the Social Inclusion and Equity Sector in the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) of Dumaguete City
