An Ownership Meeting, Financial Literacy Seminar, and Aflatoun Orientations were simultaneously conducted on August 14, 2026, at Maningcao High School and Maningcao Elementary School in Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

As valued partners of DCCCO in implementing the Aflatoun Program, both schools continue to play an important role in empowering children and youth through financial literacy, savings, and social and economic education.

DCCCO extends its heartfelt gratitude to the school heads and staff for warmly welcoming us and granting permission to conduct these insightful and meaningful activities. Together, we continue to nurture financially responsible and empowered young individuals! 💚

𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐎𝐖 💙💛

The DCCCO Youth Zone Laboratory Cooperative (DYZLC) conducted a Soft Skills Training for DYZLC Officers on August 15-16, 2026, at 1888 Beach Resort, San Jose, Negros Oriental.

The two-day training provided our young cooperative leaders with valuable knowledge and practical skills to help them become more confident, effective, and purpose-driven leaders.

A DAY OF LEARNING, CONNECTION, AND INSPIRATION 💙💛

DCCCO Youth Zone Laboratory Cooperative (DYZLC) conducted an Ownership Meeting and Financial Literacy Seminar on August 13, 2026, at Tara Farm School in Tara, Mabinay, Negros Oriental.

More than just a meeting, the gathering became a meaningful space for learning, sharing, and building stronger connections. Through engaging discussions and valuable lessons, young cooperative members were reminded that financial literacy goes beyond simply managing money. It is about making informed decisions, creating opportunities, empowering families, and taking meaningful steps toward a brighter future.

The activity also highlighted the importance of equipping young cooperative members with knowledge, confidence, and values that can guide them in becoming responsible financial decision-makers and future leaders of the cooperative movement.

DYZLC extends its appreciation to everyone who participated and helped make the activity meaningful and memorable. Their active participation and enthusiasm continue to strengthen the spirit of cooperation, ownership, and shared growth.
