MECHANICS & GUIDELINES
1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to all Foundation University students.
- Each participant may submit only one (1) entry.
- Team entries are not allowed (individual participation only).
2. Slogan Specifications
- File Type: Only digital posters in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats will be accepted.
- Dimensions: Vertical orientation, 18 inches x 24 inches (portrait) or A3 size (297mm x 420mm).
- Design Software: Participants may use any graphic design software or online tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
3. Strict Prohibition on AI
- AI-generated content is NOT allowed.
- Use of AI tools (text or image) results in automatic disqualification once verified.
4. Content Guidelines
- Originality: The slogan and artwork must be entirely original. Any form of plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials will result in disqualification.
- Text Usage: The slogan must be clear, concise, and relevant to the theme. Use short and powerful phrases or taglines that convey the message effectively.
- Graphics: Visual elements must complement the sloganโs message. Illustrations, icons, or symbols should support the advocacy for health, wellness, and drug prevention.
- Color Scheme: Use colors that enhance readability, harmony, and visual impact. Ensure good contrast and overall balance.
- Appropriateness: Content must be respectful, wholesome, and suitable for all audiences. Offensive or inappropriate materials will not be accepted.
4. Submission Process

- File name format: Surname_Firstname_Slogan2025
- Include your full name, college, year level, and contact number in the email body.
5. Judging Criteria
- Relevance to Theme โ 40%
- Creativity & Originality โ 30%
- Impact & Clarity of Message โ 30%
6. Copyright and Ownership
- By joining the competition, participants grant the organizers permission to use their entries for promotional or educational purposes (online or offline) without additional consent or compensation.
- All entries remain the intellectual property of the creator, though the organizers may request to showcase winning designs in future university materials or events.
