Months after the Kumpas Camp, we found our way back to each other.

A little heart check, a lot of honest conversations, and a reminder that we’re still in this together. 🫶

During our Kumpas Overnight, Coach Micah joined the Kumpas Youth Campers for a meaningful time of sharing victories and struggles, debriefing together, and lifting one another up in prayer. 🙏

A night to pause, check in, open up, and remind each other: we’re still here, still growing, and still in this together.

Children are our daily reminder of how good God is. They are uniquely and wonderfully created — a precious child of God.

We are in constant awe because we see His greatest masterpiece through these children. They were designed with a purpose, wrapped in endless grace, and will walk through every moment of their lives deeply loved by God and all.

📖 David & Goliath (p1)

🎯 Goliath stood over 9 ft tall, covered in heavy brass armor, and carried weapons designed for mass destruction. David did not try to match this! He did not try to wear an armor that didn’t belong to him. He relied on his absolute focus, preparation from years in the fields, and his deep, unwavering FAITH.

💡 JYs, the world will often try to throw heavy expectations on you, or tell you that you aren’t big enough, strong enough, or experienced enough to face life’s giants. You might feel overwhelmed of challenges ahead of you BUT true strength doesn’t come from matching the loud, aggressive energy of the world around you. It comes from knowing your own unique tools, turning out the noise of the doubters, and FOCUSING completely on your target.

Trust your training, hold your ground, and let your actions be PRECISE. 💥

Conflict Resolution

🙋‍♀️ What do you do when a friends hurts you? When you’re betrayed? When your trust is broken?

Our Sunday session taught us on forgiveness. Real strength isn’t clapping back. It’s not keeping score. It’s not pretending it didn’t hurt.

Real strength is choosing to forgive the person who hurt you... even when they don’t say sorry.
Even when they don’t deserve it.

Why? Because that’s exactly what Jesus did for us.
We didn’t deserve it. We were messy, prideful, and far from Him. But He still went to the cross. He still said "I forgive you."

So when I forgive, I’m not saying what they did was okay. I’m saying: “God, I’m not going to let this bitterness own me. You own me.” That’s freedom. That’s strength.
