TENT & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

​Calling all batches! To ensure a seamless and organized celebration for our upcoming homecoming, please take note of the following guidelines regarding registration and tent rentals.

​📝 Batch Registration

​Every batch is required to register to participate in the festivities.

​Registration Fee: ₱2,000 per batch. (Compulsory)
​Attendee Policy: The fee covers up to 40 attendees.
​Excess Attendees: If your batch exceeds 40 people, an additional fee of ₱50 per person will apply.
​Purpose: All proceeds from the registration fees will go directly to the Alumni Association to fund future projects and events.

​⛺ Tent Rentals & Logistics

​To maintain a uniform look and ensure safety, we are centralizing all physical setups.

​Rental Fee: ₱900 per tent.
​Allocation: Maximum of 4 tents per batch.
​Strict Policy: No outside tents or personal umbrellas are allowed. Reservations must be made exclusively through the host batch.
​Electricals: If your batch plans to have a photo booth or mobile bar that requires extra electrical wiring, an additional ₱1,000 fee applies. Please inform the committee in advance.

**Deadline for tent reservations: July 31, 2026
