It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and fellow Blader, Kevin Charles Datulayta, also known as Blader Kevs.⁣

Kevin was more than just a member of the Beyblade X Bukidnon community.⁣
⁣
⁣
He was a great friend, a great Blader, and a truly kind person. ⁣
⁣
⁣
He was always respectful, friendly, and fun to be with. ⁣
⁣
⁣
His love for Beyblade and the friendships he built will always be remembered by everyone who had the chance to know him.⁣
⁣
⁣
Our tournaments and gatherings will never be the same without him. ⁣
⁣

Even though he is no longer with us, the memories we shared with Kevin will stay in our hearts forever.⁣

⚠️ WARNING TO OUR BEYBLADE X COMMUNITY ⚠️

Please stay vigilant.

While our community is raising funds to help our brother, Blader Kevs, who is currently in critical condition, I received a suspicious call from someone claiming to be a staff member of Senator B**g Go's Malasakit Program.

The caller said they would provide ₱75,000 for Kevin's medical expenses. At first, I listened, but I became suspicious.

The person then asked me to share my phone screen while opening a link they had sent through Messenger.

I immediately refused and told them that if this was a legitimate process, we could continue through an official video call or face to face.

After I refused to share my screen, the caller became aggressive. He allegedly threatened me, saying:

"Pupuntahan ko kayo diyan sa Bukidnon. Raratratin ko kayo. Papatayin ko kayo."

Then, I told him not to threaten us. We will track him.

At that point, he ended the conversation.

Please be careful.

Never share your phone screen, OTP, passwords, or banking information with anyone claiming to offer financial assistance.

Legitimate organizations will never ask you to do this in an unofficial manner.

Thank you, Blader Yomi , for your prayers and for taking the time to encourage our brother, Blader Kevsss.

It truly means a lot to all of us here in Bukidnon.

We just remembered something that made your message even more meaningful.

The night before the possible aneurysm happened, we were all playing casual matches together at a café.

Kevin suddenly told us, "Sayang, nabura yung autograph ni Blader Yomi sa deck case ko." (The deck case he uses for his eyeglasses.)

We even joked with him, "Hindi mo na maibebenta nang mahal 'yan, Kevs!"

We all laughed and never imagined that by the next morning, something so heartbreaking would happen.

Among us, Kevin was even nicknamed "Blader Yomi ng Bukidnon" because of his passion for Beyblade X and the way he idolized Blader Yomi.

Your message gave hope not only to Kevin but also to our entire Beyblade X Bukidnon community.

Thank you for your kindness and for keeping him in your prayers.

We're continuously praying as well that God will grant Kevin complete healing and strength.

We hope that one day, he'll recover, get back on his feet, and battle again in the stadium.
