Starting college is excitingโbut letโs be honest, being a freshman can also feel overwhelming. New campus, new classmates, new responsibilities, new challenges. Sometimes, you just need someone to walk with you along the way. ๐ค
Thatโs what Freshmen Treat is all about! ๐ซถ
We gathered first-year college students from different campuses to connect, fellowship, share their experiences, and encourage one another in their journey as freshmen. It was a space where students could say, โAko rin pala, nahihirapan minsan!โโand discover that they are not alone. ๐ค
Through our Life Talk on Time Management, students learned practical ways to balance their studies, responsibilities, relationships, and personal time. โฐ๐
We also gave them symbolic resourcesโsimple reminders that represent important lessons they can carry throughout their college journey: preparation, perseverance, wise choices, and the courage to keep moving forward. ๐โจ
Because college is more than just surviving classes and passing exams. Itโs a journey of growth, discovery, friendships, and becoming the person you are meant to be.
