Wanted Person Arrested for Cattle Rustling in Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur
Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur โ A 36-year-old farmer, resident of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur, was arrested at around 9:08 PM on March 17, 2025, at Purok Sampaguita, Poblacion Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
Personnel from Dinas Municipal Police Station in coordination with the 2nd Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company (2nd ZSPMFC) and the 902nd Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9 (902nd MC RMFB 9), conducted a joint law enforcement and manhunt operation, leading to the successful apprehension of the accused.
The arrest was made by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by the Presiding Judge of Branch 29, 9th Judicial Region, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur dated March 11, 2025, for violation of Presidential Decree 533 (Anti-Cattle Rustling Law of 1974). The court recommended a bail of One Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos (โฑ108,000.00) for his temporary release.
The accused was taken to Dinas Municipal Police Station for proper booking and case disposition.
