ORANI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL | 1st R.O.V.I.C. & CLTC 2026 ft. Invictus Rover Circle

Invictus Rover Circle proudly facilitated the 1st R.O.V.I.C. of Orani National High School 2026, held on September 25–26, 2026, while also extending assistance during the CLTC 2026 of Orani National High School.

The Rover Vigil is a meaningful scouting activity designed to strengthen the values of self-discipline, reflection, commitment, leadership, and service among Rover Scouts. It provides participants with an opportunity to pause, reflect on their responsibilities as young leaders, examine their personal values, and renew their commitment to the Scout ideals and to serving their community.

Through the vigil, participants are encouraged to develop a deeper sense of purpose, responsibility, brotherhood, and readiness to serve. More than an overnight activity, it serves as a preparation for the challenges and responsibilities that come with becoming a responsible Rover Scout and community leader.

Meanwhile, Invictus Rover Circle also assisted in the CLTC 2026, supporting the development of participants through activities that promote leadership, teamwork, discipline, and the spirit of service.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Orani National High School and Invictus Rover Circle to nurture young people who are always ready to serve, capable of leading, and willing to serve.

In the aftermath of the devastating habagat-induced flash floods on September 2, 2026, the Invictus Rover Circle responded with compassion and solidarity for the affected communities of Barangays Dalao, Pita, and Bayan-bayanan.

On September 6, 2026, through Bayanihang Invictus IV, the Circle distributed donated clothing, hygiene essentials, and adult diapers for PWDs and elderly evacuees, while offering prayers and words of encouragement to families temporarily displaced by the disaster.

The initiative embodies the enduring Filipino spirit of bayanihan—that meaningful service does not require abundance. What may seem small to one person can become a source of comfort and hope to another when given with genuine compassion.

On August 14, 2026, the Invictus Rover Circle conducted a community clean-up drive in response to the risk of flooding brought by continuous rainfall. The Rovers worked together to clear drainage systems, remove accumulated waste, and help maintain the proper flow of rainwater.

The activity aimed to reduce potential flooding risks, promote environmental responsibility, and help keep the community safe. Its objectives were to clear possible drainage obstructions, encourage proper waste disposal, strengthen volunteerism, and demonstrate the values of teamwork, preparedness, and bayanihan.

Beyond the clean-up itself, the initiative served as a reminder that community safety is a shared responsibility. Through simple but meaningful action, the Rovers demonstrated that being prepared means being willing to serve whenever and wherever the community needs assistance.

Despite the rain and muddy conditions, the spirit of service remained strong. Every cleared drainage, every removed piece of waste, and every helping hand became a small but meaningful contribution toward a cleaner, safer, and more resilient community.
