After days of reviewing and taking midterm examinations, it’s time to pause, rest and recharge.

The SNSU Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs has announced a Mental Health Break for students on October 15–17, 2026.

May these days give you time to catch up on sleep, enjoy the things you love, spend time with people who matter and take care of yourself beyond academics. Remember that your well-being matters just as much as your academic progress.

Take a deep breath, SNSUans. You’ve done your part. Now, give yourself the rest you deserve. 💚

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
MENTAL HEALTH BREAK | OCTOBER 15–17, 2026

The Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU) – Dinagat Extension Classes hereby inform all students that, as mandated by the SNSU Main Office, October 15–17, 2026, shall be observed as a Mental Health Break.

In line with this directive, THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES IN ALL ACADEMIC SUBJECTS, INCLUDING ROTC, during the said dates.

All students are encouraged to use this time to rest, recharge, spend quality time with their families, and prioritize their mental health and overall well-being.

Please be guided accordingly and take this opportunity to care for yourselves. Your health and well-being matter!

Our SNSU students, along with our Overall Program Coordinator and faculty, had the privilege of attending this year's State of the Province Address. It feels so wonderful to be part of a community that actively shapes tomorrow.
