This is in Omaganhan, Tabango Leyte. We randomly visited the beneficiaries of the OFMPC proposed project that we assisted in preparing a feasibility study thru Value Chain Approach. For almost 2 weeks now we know God is working with us. This development project aims to augment the income of the selected banana farmers and women banana chips maker. PhilGrassroots is hoping and we pray, that this endeavor will be implemented well. God willing, everything will work according to His plan for the farmers and women chips maker of Eastern Leyte.

PHILGRASSROOTS-ERDF WILL CONDUCT SCUBA DIVING TRAINING & INTERNATIONAL LICENSING ON BASIC OPEN WATER & ADVANCE WITH AN ADDED COASTAL RESOURCE MONITORING COURSE.

A MINIMAL COST WILL BE CHARGE FOR THE DIVER LICENSE, INSTRUCTORS, SCUBA GEARS, LODGING AND FOOD.
