Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)

Academic Year 2026–2027

The Office of the Scholarship Coordinator is pleased to announce that the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for 1st Semester Academic Year 2026–2027 is now officially open.

We encourage all eligible students to submit their applications within the prescribed schedule. The TES is a financial assistance program under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (R.A. 10931) that provides educational support to qualified Filipino students enrolled in eligible higher education institutions.

Who May Apply?

Applicants must:

* Be a Filipino citizen.
* Be officially enrolled for Academic Year 2026–2027.
* Meet the eligibility requirements set by UniFAST/CHED.
* Not be an existing TES grantee or a recipient of another government-funded scholarship or educational grant, unless otherwise allowed under the applicable guidelines.

📅 Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted on or before August 26, 2026 (Wednesday), at exactly 5:00 PM.

No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

Important Reminders

* The Learner Reference Number (LRN) is REQUIRED. Please prepare your LRN before completing the TES application.
* Applications without a valid LRN cannot be processed. If you do not know your LRN, coordinate with your previous elementary or secondary school to obtain it before submitting your application.
* Read all application instructions carefully and ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
* Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee approval. All applications are subject to evaluation and validation based on the TES guidelines and the availability of slots.

Please submit your application before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience. Late submissions will not be accommodated.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office XI is now accepting applications for the Scholarship Program for Coconut Farmers and their Families (CoScho) for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This scholarship program is open to qualified coconut farmers, their dependents, and family members who meet the program's eligibility requirements.

Submission of an application does not guarantee the award of a scholarship.
