Recently,
JCI Lakambini Davao, under the leadership of President Charinna Quilaneta together with the Board of Directors, and JCI Digos initiated a significant collaboration by meeting with the Provincial Tourism Officer of Davao del Sur, Mr. Kervin Kyle Elijay.
The primary focus of this meeting was the proposed TRAIL BLAZER Project, an ambitious initiative by JCI Lakambini Davao headed by Dir. Jo Lacson that aims to promote the 7 Peaks of Davao del Sur hiking spots.
The TRAIL BLAZER Project is not just about hiking and adventure; it is designed to boost eco-tourism and bring attention to the natural beauty and potential of Davao del Sur.
By highlighting these hiking spots, the project aspires to draw more tourists, support local communities, and encourage environmental conservation.
This initial meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to involve other JCI chapters in Davao Region, ensuring that the project benefits from a wide range of expertise and resources.
Through these partnerships, JCI Digos aims to create more efficient and impactful community projects, fostering a sense of unity and purpose among the different chapters while making a meaningful difference in the region.
