💜 End Polio Now: Rotary District 3860 Area 2E Spreads Health and Holiday Cheer! 🎁

In line with World End Polio Day (December 10), Rotary District 3860 Area 2E—composed of the Rotary Club of Digos and the Rotary Club of South Digos—proudly conducted our "Patak Polio" activity today at the Brgy. Tiguman Health Center in Tiguman, Digos City!

We are happy to share that around 12 children successfully underwent immunization against polio. But the giving didn't stop there! As our special Pamaskong Handog (Christmas Gift), each child also received a nutritious meal and a 5kg sack of rice for their family.

Every immunization brings us closer to a polio-free world, and every gift reminds us of the true meaning of "Service Above Self."

A big thank you to the health workers and the community for their valuable support!

🤝 Sustaining Hope and Service in Brgy. Lusaran, Cebu City! 🇵🇭

Today, November 30, 2025, the Rotary Club of Digos, Inc. proudly joined hands with dedicated partners: Goodlife Community Cares Foundation, Inc.-Service Project Sector, and Brightstone Charity Foundation, to bring essential relief and support to the resilient community of Barangay Lusaran, Cebu City.

We extend our sincere gratitude to DILG Region 7 and the City Government of Cebu for their invaluable coordination and support in making this relief operation a success.
It is through collaborative efforts like this that we can truly embody the spirit of "Service Above Self" and help build stronger, more resilient communities.

Thank you to all volunteers and partners who dedicated their time and resources to this meaningful endeavor!

🎀 Early Detection Saves Lives! 🎀

In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a meaningful culminating activity was held at Dawis National High School attended by teachers, parents, BHWs, and students.

This seminar was made possible through the initiative of the Rotary Club of Digos City and the Davao del Sur Doctors Association, with the support of the DepEd Digos City medical staff.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Frances Jeannifer Tongcos-Milan, Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr. Jo Marie Lorbeliza, Medical Oncologist, and Dr. Sylvia Bragat, President of the Davao del Sur Medical Doctors Association, for sharing their valuable expertise on Breast Cancer Awareness. 💗

To wrap up the event, participants enjoyed a fun and energetic wellness Zumba session — a perfect reminder to stay active and live healthy! 💪✨
