โPAHF 1 (Physical Activity Towards Health and Fitness I) students prepared healthy Filipino breakfast, Korean lunch, and Italian dinner dishes at the Gymnasium today, September 10, 2026, for their Second Examination Performance Activity to prove their mastery of healthy eating, physical activity, and overall lifestyle wellness.

โThis high-stakes culminating assessment challenged the classes to apply strict nutritional science to creative, full-day menu preparation instead of traditional classroom testing to emphasise the importance of "๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐."

โAs the preparation proceeded, students put all their effort into executing the three global cuisines, with many finding the complex profiles of the Italian menu the hardest to conquer."
