🌟 Drug Fact Monday 🌟

💡 Did you know?
In the Philippines, alcohol is a serious public health threat. The Department of Health (DOH) reported that in 2024 alone, over 27,000 deaths were linked to alcohol use. Drinking too much damages the liver, heart, and brain, increases the risk of accidents, and even leads to liver cancer and cirrhosis. And remember—there is no safe level of alcohol consumption.

A bottle may look harmless, but it can slowly take away your health, your focus, and even your future.

📝 “Let clarity, not intoxication, guide your steps.”

Choose clarity over intoxication. Choose health over harm. 💙

🌟 Drug Fact Monday 🌟

💡 Did you know?
Using shabu (methamphetamine) is not only illegal but also extremely dangerous to your health. It directly affects the brain, causing anxiety, paranoia, and hallucinations. It weakens the heart, raising the risk of stroke and heart failure. It also harms the kidneys, sometimes leading to permanent damage or sudden death. What may start as “just once” can easily turn into addiction that destroys lives and futures.

Every time you choose to say no, you are saying yes to your dreams, your family, and your future.

✨ “Don’t let drugs steal the best version of you.”

Choose life. Choose health. Stay drug-free, because the best version of you is worth protecting. 💙

🌟 Drug Fact Monday 🌟

💡 Did you know?
🚬 A single cigarette contains more than 7,000 harmful chemicals, and at least 69 of them cause cancer. Each stick may seem small, but the damage it brings to your lungs, heart, and overall health can last a lifetime.

Every puff is a step away from your dreams. Don’t let smoke take away the bright future you’ve been working for.

Stay strong, stay drug-free, and keep your light shining. 💙
