OFFICIAL TRAFFIC ADVISORY: J.P. Laurel Avenue Drainage Project

To our Valued Locators, Residents, and Guests:

Please be informed of the ongoing DPWH Regional Office XI Drainage Project along J.P. Laurel Avenue, which commenced last night, April 20.

In coordination with the City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO), we would like to highlight the following traffic modifications that may affect your commute to and from the Abreeza Estate:

🚧 LANE-BY-LANE OPERATIONS

Construction is being conducted on a lane-by-lane basis to maintain road access.

While J.P. Laurel remains passable, please expect heavy congestion. We recommend allowing extra travel time for your transit to and from the estate.

🚫 24/7 "NO LEFT TURN" AT DR. GAHOL ST.

A strict "NO LEFT TURN" is now in effect 24/7 from the Jollibee/DMSF side toward Dr. A. Gahol Street.

Motorists are advised to plan alternative routes to enter the estate perimeter.

📍 PROJECT TIMELINE

Target Duration: The DPWH has projected a 4 to 6-week target timeframe for completion.

Approved Permit: The official work permit for this project extends until June 5, 2026.

Note: This is a DPWH-led infrastructure project. The previous drainage work by the City Engineer’s Office (CEO) in this area has been successfully completed.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. Our estate personnel remain in close coordination with traffic authorities to help facilitate the best possible traffic flow during this period.
