• How much is the class?
We offer the classes for free, you don’t have to pay for anything. Meditation is a gift for everyone, and we really can’t put a price on peace. So don’t worry about it!
• Do I have to bring anything?
You don’t need to bring anything, we got you covered!
• How long is is the class?
The class runs for 1 hour only, so please come on time!
• What happens during the class?
A teacher will explain to us our true identity, and teach us the meditation process will bring us inner peace and self awareness. This is a sit-down class where we will listen to the teacher, then we will have a group meditation afterwards.
• Is there a dress code?
No, there isn’t one. But you’ll be seated on the floor with pillows so best to dress comfortably.
• Can I bring a friend with me?
Yes, of course! Send them the link to this form and have them register as well. We limit group meditations to 10 persons only.
• Is this a religious thing?
No, this is not a religious event. Meditation is for everyone regardless of your religion or belief. Everyone deserves to feel at peace, no matter where you’re coming from!
