MALACAÑANG DECLARES SEPTEMBER 13, 2019, the 37th "SIPAT" COMMEMORATION, A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CORDILLERA.

This coming September, the Cordillera region will commemorate the historical sipat peacemaking ceremony that led to the signing of Executive Order 220 and the Constitutional provision for an autonomous Cordillera.

Let us join hands in commemorating this momentous occasion that shaped our region's future and its pursuit of autonomy.
