STEP 1 ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION

Fill in the online form at http://enrollment.addu.edu.ph to register for the Qualifying Exam for Ateneo College (QEAC).
For applicants who have not yet registered, please proceed to the ENCODING AREA at Conference Room E at the 3/F, Ricci Hall, CCFC Building, Ateneo de Davao University, Roxas Ave. Ensure that you use the email address you registered with in the QEAC.
STEP 2 DOCUMENT VALIDATION
Bring the following documents to Conference Room E for validation of completeness and acceptance of your application documents. Kindly provide ONE PHOTOCOPY of each document:
New Students
- Original Grade 12 Report Card
- Original Certificate of Good Moral
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Laboratory Test Results (CBC & Urinalysis: 1 month valid; Chest Xray: 6 months valid)
STEP 3 INTERVIEW
Proceed to the assigned interviewer of your program. Kindly bring your QEAC Result and a copy of your report card.
STEP 4 RFID PHOTO TAKING AND SIGNATURE
Please proceed to the Office of Student Affairs at the 3rd Flr Holding Room to have your photo taken and provide your signature for your official Ateneo ID.
STEP 5 PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND MEDICAL CLEARANCE
Proceed to the Conference Room B. Have the following laboratory test results ready: CBC, Urinalysis, and Chest X-ray. Ensure that these results are still valid. If not, you will need to redo your lab tests before your physical examination can be conducted.
STEP 6 PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES
Pay your tuition and fees, including the additional fees for new students (as indicated below). Payments can be made online or on campus at the Finance Office, located on the Ground Floor of the Bellarmine Building (near the Jacinto gate). Please keep the official receipt.
STEP 7 CLAIMING OF RFID
Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs, located at the Mezzanine Floor of Martin Hall.
