The Mintal Council of Clubs and Organizations (MinCCO) is now accepting requests for the issuance of a Certificate of Officership for eligible graduating student leaders who require official documentation of their service. This certificate may serve as supporting evidence for the Student Leadership Excellence Award (SLEA) application and other valid academic or institutional purposes.

The Certificate of Officership is available only to individuals who have served as:

• Officers of recognized clubs and organizations
• Former officers of the Mintal Council of Clubs and Organizations (MinCCO)

Requests will be accepted throughout July 11-13, 2026. Requests must be submitted via gform with the following information:

• Full Name
• Student Id Number
• Program
• Position Held
• Organizations
• Academic Year

The Certificate of Officership will be released on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

To ensure timely processing, please submit your request within the designated period. All submitted information will undergo verification using the council's official records and archived documents to confirm its accuracy before the certificate is issued. Requests received after the deadline may no longer be accommodated for the scheduled release.

Good day everyone!

We sincerely apologize for the lapses that occurred during the Hearts and Arts Day event. We acknowledge that there were shortcomings in the flow and management of some parts of the program, and we take full responsibility for these oversights.

To ensure fairness and accuracy, we re-tabulated the results using Excel to carefully double-check all the scores. We value the hard work and effort of all participants, and it is important to us that the final results are correct and verified.

We also recently held a meeting with the LC officers to formally report and review the results for transparency and accountability.

The official and verified results will be posted as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We are taking this experience as a learning opportunity to improve our planning and ex*****on in future events. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
