AOFF is a non-stock and non-profit organization concentrates on supporting community development through assistance in education, healthcare, environment, cultural preservation and economic upliftment, moral and social values, as well as in sports.

-Improve the quality of life of individuals, families and communities by providing basic services for health and wellness, and capacitating them through other community-based services.
-Empower the youth by providing quality education as a principal strategy to enhance the quality of life and in creating leaders in the community.
-Preserve and protect the environment and the life it sustains by raising social responsibility and awareness to the community.

To conduct regular health programs that would cater to marginalized sectors in the society therefore achieve a healthy community capable of working for the improvement of lives, homes, the nation and the world. To provide the people, especially the poor, the much-needed access to livelihood and skills development projects by means of technology transfer and income generating projects. To mobilize our stakeholders in participating in environmental conservation and ecological enrichment.

A fresh journey begins for 22 new AOF Foundation scholars! 🎓✨

Last June 28, 2025, we held our New Scholars’ Orientation and Contract Signing at the BIMP-EAGA Hall, 10th Floor of the Mindanao Development Authority, Pryce Tower, J.P. Laurel, Davao City.

This year, we welcomed 17 new scholars under our regular scholarship program and 5 scholars through our partnership with Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre. It was a meaningful day filled with hope, encouragement, and a strong sense of community.

Two of our AOF alumni, both Latin Honor graduates, also joined us and gave heartfelt messages to inspire the new batch—proof that hard work, determination, and support can take you far.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Sec. Leo Tereso A. Magno, Chairperson of the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), for generously providing the venue and helping make this day even more meaningful.

To our new scholars—this is just the beginning. We’re excited to walk with you as you chase your dreams.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Doña Nenita del Rosario Floirendo, the beloved matriarch of the Floirendo family and Chair Emerita of the ANFLOCOR Group of Companies.

A pillar of strength and grace, Doña Nenita was instrumental in shaping the legacy and core values of ANFLOCOR. Her compassion and leadership left an indelible mark on the company and the countless lives she touched.

She will be deeply missed not only by her family, but also by the entire ANFLOCOR Group community.

We honor her memory and celebrate a life of purpose, generosity, and enduring impact.

🌟Celebrating National Down Syndrome Consciousness Month! 🌟

On February 14, 2025, the AOF Foundation hosted the "A Special Kind of Love: Down Syndrome Awareness Forum" at the University of Mindanao - Matina Campus, Davao City. We were honored to have Ms. Lanie P. Vergara, MEd, RN, LPT, a distinguished expert in the Field of Special Education in Pedagogy, Pathology, and Rehabilitation Psychology with 27 years of experience working for the Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines Inc – Davao, as our guest speaker. She debunked myths and shared important insights on Down Syndrome, fostering a deeper understanding and awareness.

A number of Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines, Inc. (DSAPI) - Davao Branch members who are interns in various departments of the ANFLO Group of Companies, along with their parents, also joined the forum. They shared their inspiring experiences and actively engaged with students and professors in a fun and meaningful segment, highlighting their abilities and contributions.
This event aimed to raise awareness, promote inclusion, and strengthen support for the rights and well-being of individuals with Down Syndrome, especially in the Davao Region. 💙✨

🌸 Serbisyo Para kay Juana: Empowering Women Through Reproductive Health & Support 🌸

Through Serbisyo Para kay Juana, a Reproductive Health Medical Mission, we continue to support prostituted women and girls by providing essential healthcare services and much-needed assistance. 💜

In partnership with Talikala, Inc., Henkel Asia Pacific Centre, and with the support of the City Health Office of Davao and the Reproductive Health and Wellness Center, this initiative offers VIA, Smear, HIV Screening, and Breast Exams, ensuring their well-being.

Beyond healthcare, we also extend support by providing sacks of rice, helping alleviate their daily struggles. This bi-annual activity was held last February 9, 2025 at Talikala, Inc. Office, Sputnik Street, corner Panganiban Street, Doña Vicenta Village, Davao City. It is a step toward accessible and compassionate reproductive healthcare and holistic assistance.

Extending our gratitude to Dr. Tomas Miguel S. Ababon, Officer In-Charge, and Dr. Ma. Rosalita B. Domingo, Assistant City Health Officer for Administration, from the City Health Office of Davao, as well as Dr. Jordana P. Ramiterre from the Reproductive Health and Wellness Center for their invaluable support.
Together, we advocate for a healthier, more empowered future for every Juana. 💪💖

👁️✨ Restoring Sight, Renewing Hope ✨👁️

Vision is a fundamental part of life, yet many individuals face the challenge of cataracts, affecting their daily activities and overall well-being. In partnership with AOF Foundation, Henkel Asia Pacific Centre, and Mabuhay Deseret Foundation, we conducted a free eye consultation and cataract screening for 100 indigenous individuals from Brgy. Klubi and Brgy. Lamdalag in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato last February 7, 2025.

This initiative reflects our commitment to providing accessible healthcare and improving the quality of life for underserved communities. We extend our sincere gratitude to our partners and volunteers for their invaluable support in making this program a success. 💙

The 1st Quarter AOFF Blood Letting Activity was successfully held on January 23, 2025, at Damosa Market Basket, Damosa! 💉💪 Through the spirit of "Dugong Alay, Dugtong ng Buhay," our generous donors and dedicated volunteers came together to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
