The year 2025 has been a meaningful journey of service, growth, and dedication for Sangguniang Kabataan Gatungan. Through various programs on youth leadership, health and wellness, education support, cultural activities, and community engagement, we continuously worked to create positive impact and empower the Gatungan youth. Despite challenges and limited resources, we remained committed, creative, and united in delivering initiatives that are inclusive and beneficial to our community.

Bisan wala man namo makuha tanan nga inyong gilauman, gibuhat namo ang tanan namong makakaya. Bisan gamay ang budget, amo gyud ning gipaningkamotan aron mapahimuslan sa kabatan-onan ug sa tibuok komunidad.

As we move forward, we remain committed to serving with integrity, strengthening youth participation, and building a more active and progressive Gatungan.

The Davao City Youth Development Office represented by Sir Mark Jan Sali and Sir Edsil Gumalawe together with SK Federation staff, Maam Charlene Maniwag and Staff of Coun. Danny Dayanghirang conducted an official visit to check the status of council, and the programs and services

The visit also served as a venue to gather feedback regarding the services provided by the SK Federation and DCYDO, as well as to review and examine SK documents to ensure compliance, transparency, and proper implementation of youth development initiatives.

📌 Eligibility
👦 U17 – 17 years old & below
🧑 Senior Divisions – 18 years old & above
✅ Players must be residents of brgy. Gatungan(Exclusive)

📌 Team Composition
✅ Maximum of 10 players per team
✅ Minimum of 6 players to start

📌 Game Rules:
🎽 Proper jersey & basketball shoes required
⛔ No fighting, no trash talk, play with sportsmanship!
⛔ A drunk player is not allowed to proceed the game!

📌 Important Reminders:
✔ Be at the court 10 minutes before game time
✌ Protests must be filed in writing within 24 hours
✌ Organizing committee’s decision is final
