AGRIBUSINESS SYMPOSIUM 2026 | “From Farm to Enterprise: Cultivating Young Agripreneurs for a Sustainable Future”

Agriculture is more than planting and harvesting—it is an opportunity to innovate, build enterprises, create livelihoods, and cultivate a sustainable future.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Gatungan proudly brings together young people through the Agribusiness Symposium, empowering the next generation to explore the potential of agriculture, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and discover opportunities in the growing agribusiness sector.

We are honored to have Mr. Jeru Shallom Manuel, Chairman of Davao City Free Farmers Young Entrepreneurs, as our Resource Speaker, sharing his knowledge and insights to inspire young people to transform agricultural opportunities into sustainable and meaningful enterprises. 🌾🤝

Let us encourage the youth to see agriculture not only as a tradition, but also as a pathway to innovation, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Plant the seeds of knowledge. Cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship. Harvest a future of sustainable opportunities.

Together, let us empower young agripreneurs and turn our vision from farm to enterprise!🌱💼

KABATAAN KALUSUGAN DRIVE: ANTI-DRUG AWARENESS SYMPOSIUM

A safer and healthier community begins with an informed, empowered, and responsible youth.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Gatungan successfully conducted the Kabataan Kalusugan Drive: Anti-Drug Awareness Symposium at Gatungan Integrated School, providing the youth with meaningful discussions and important information on the dangers and harmful effects of illegal drugs.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Gatungan Integrated School for warmly accepting our invitation and for supporting this important initiative for the youth. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Ma’am Henedena C. Tamba, School Head, for her support and cooperation in making this activity possible. 🤝💚

We are equally grateful to our partner, the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC), headed by Hon. Reynante Libre, for joining us in promoting awareness, prevention, and a drug-free community.

Special thanks to the RPSB Cluster 7 for serving as our resource speaker and for sharing valuable knowledge, insights, and guidance with our young participants. Your commitment to educating and empowering the youth is truly appreciated.

Together, let us continue to empower our young people to make informed choices, embrace healthy lifestyles, and become responsible contributors to a safer and healthier Barangay Gatungan.

Say NO to drugs. Choose life, choose your future, choose to be drug-free!
