There’s a kind of tiredness that sleep can’t fix—the kind that comes from living the same day over and over.

Maybe you’re starting to wonder if you’re just surviving instead of truly living.
Maybe you’ve forgotten how it feels to do something for your soul, not just for survival.

But today—yes, today—is your reminder:
🌤️ The sunrise still showed up.
🕊️ You’re still here.
📖 You still have time to write something new.

You don’t need a big leap. A small change is enough.
Because life isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress.

So breathe. Rest. Dream again.
And when you’re ready, break the cycle. You’re not stuck—you’re just beginning.

"Why did I let them treat me like that?"
Maybe because I was scared to lose them…
Or I thought being quiet meant being kind.
But pain taught me this:
Respect shouldn’t cost your peace.
Next time, I’ll choose myself too.

Please be kind.
You never know what someone’s carrying.
Don’t be the reason they skip a meal, hate mornings, or feel left out.
Let your words heal, not hurt.
Pause with purpose. Choose kindness.
