𝐃𝐁𝐒 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Earlier, we had our weekly DBS gathering where we reflected on 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏: 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐦, through Genesis 12:1–17, Genesis 18:17–19, and Genesis 22:18–19. We were reminded of God’s promise to Abraham, his leadership in guiding the people entrusted to him, and how God tested his faith through Isaac. Abraham’s story teaches us the importance of trusting God and choosing obedience, even when we may not fully understand what He is doing. Abraham obeyed without making excuses or questioning God’s command, showing us that genuine faith is demonstrated through our willingness to trust and follow Him. 🤍

We were also challenged to examine our own hearts and ask: “𝐇𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐚𝐜 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭?” Our “Isaac” can represent the people, dreams, possessions, achievements, or anything valuable to us that we may unintentionally place above the Lord. May we always remember that nothing should take the place of God in our lives. When we surrender what we hold dear and choose to obey Him, we learn to trust that His plans are greater and His promises are faithful. May Abraham’s example encourage us to walk by faith, obey without excuses, and surrender everything to God, knowing that He is always worthy of our complete trust. 🙌🏻✨

𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Earlier, we had a meaningful time in our gathering as we were joined by our two OG ERA Kuya’s who came to encourage, fellowship, and share wisdom with us. We reflected on Exodus 17:8–16, where we saw how Moses, Joshua, Aaron, and Hur worked together hand in hand. Their story reminded us that God does not call us to do everything alone. We are called to work together, support one another, and serve as one team for His glory. We were also reminded that every responsibility given to us is more than just a task. It can be a divine appointment from God that we are called to steward faithfully. Also the Kuya’s encouraged us to use the free access of the key to God’s presence and because we have been given the privilege to know Him, we are also called to share this KEY with others who have not yet come to know Him and point them to Jesus. ✨

Lastly, we were encouraged with practical ways to balance our studies and ministry. We were reminded that discipline, good time management, and knowing our priorities are important. Following Jesus is not only about what we do during ministry, but also about how we live, study, serve, and manage the responsibilities God has given us. May we continue to work together, encourage one another, and faithfully steward every opportunity God gives us. May we use every season to grow closer to Jesus, help others know Him, and live lives that always point back to Him. 🤍✨

𝐃𝐁𝐒 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Earlier, we gathered for our DBS and reflected on Genesis 6, 7, and 9. We learned about the story of Noah and the Great Flood and saw how God is both loving and just. Even though the people during Noah’s time were living in sin, God still showed grace to Noah because of his faith and obedience. In Genesis 9, we also learned about the covenant God made with Noah, his family and to the future generations. The rainbow, which is described as a “bow” in Hebrew, reminds us of God’s promise and points us back to Him. It shows us that even after judgment, God still chose to show His mercy, love, and faithfulness to His people. 🤍

Through this story, we were reminded to stay faithful to God even when the people around us are doing the opposite. We may come from broken families or carry struggles that have been passed down through generations, but God’s grace is greater than our past. The bow in the sky reminds us of God’s promise and points us to Jesus, who make the greatest sacrifice for us on the cross. May we learn from Noah to trust God, obey Him, and remain faithful even when it is not easy. Whatever season we are in, may our lives always point others back to God and remind them of His love, grace, and faithfulness. ✨

𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Today, we were encouraged through Ecclesiastes 3:1–8 and Ephesians 4:9–10, reminding us that every season in our lives has a purpose and that, no matter what we are going through, God is always with us. Whether we feel cold, on fire, joyful, tired, or uncertain, we can hold on to the truth that God is with us and that He has already conquered the world. We were reminded that the empty and unfulfilled spaces in our hearts can only truly be filled by Him. Whatever season we may be in, let us continue to trust God, knowing that His presence remains constant and that He is faithfully fighting our battles. When we place our trust in Him, He will guide our steps and lead us according to His purpose. ✨

We also had a short game where we wrote words of encouragement for our past self, future self, and someone we wanted to encourage. It was a simple reminder that our words can bring hope and remind someone that they are not alone. May we continue to encourage one another, speak life, and point each other back to God, especially during seasons when things feel difficult. Whatever you are facing today, remember that God is with you, He sees you, and He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep moving forward in faith—because every season is in His hands, and His presence will never leave you. 🤍

𝐃𝐁𝐒 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Today, we had our weekly DBS gathering where we reflected on Genesis 3:1–24. As we discussed the passage together, we were reminded that not everything that is pleasing to the eyes is necessarily good. The serpent deceived Eve by making her doubt God’s Word and question what He had commanded. This reminded us that temptation can often begin with something that looks appealing, but not everything we desire is what is good for us. We were encouraged to be careful with what we see, listen to, and allow to influence our hearts, and to always hold firmly to God’s truth.

We ended our gathering by praying together and bringing our hearts, struggles, and needs before God. May we continue to grow in knowing His Word so that we can recognize deception, resist temptation, and choose obedience even when it is difficult. May we learn to trust God above what seems pleasing or right in our own eyes, knowing that His ways are always worthy of our trust. As we continue walking together in faith, may God give us wisdom, discernment, and hearts that continually seek Him. 🤍✨

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥! 🥳🤍

Today is your special day, and we celebrate the beautiful woman of God that you are. We are truly blessed by your life, your joyful heart, and the warmth you bring to our ERA family. Thank you for using your angelic voice and your God-given gifts to serve the Lord and bless others.

May the Lord continue to strengthen your faith, guide you in every season, and use your life and gifts for His glory. May He fill your heart with overflowing joy, wisdom, and love as you continue to serve Him faithfully. Keep shining for Jesus, Ate Angel! We are so grateful for your life and for the blessing you are to ERA.

𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍 𝐆𝐎𝐃 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

In our gathering today, we simply took time to rest, relax, and enjoy each other’s company as exam week has been draining us. We fellowship with one another, played games, laughed together, and enjoyed the time we had as one family. We ended our gathering by praying together, bringing our hearts and needs before God. We prayed for favor for the upcoming ERA event, provision for everything we need, good health for everyone, and wisdom to steward well wherever God appoints us. We also prayed for the whole ERA family, trusting that God will continue to guide, strengthen, and provide for each one of us. 🤍

Today reminded us that even in busy and tiring seasons, God gives us moments to pause, breathe, and find strength in Him and in one another. As we face our exams and the days ahead, may we continue to trust God and remember that we do not have to carry everything on our own. Let us keep showing up with faith, serve with willing hearts, and trust Him with every step. Whatever comes, we know that God is with us, and His grace is enough for us. May we continue to rest in Him, pray together, and encourage one another as we walk through this season. ✨

𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Earlier, we talked about 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲. Just as our bodies need food to grow stronger, our spirit also needs to be continually nourished by God. When we allow ourselves to be constantly fed by the flesh, we can slowly drift away from the leading of the Holy Spirit. We may begin to wonder why we feel far from God, why everything feels so heavy, or why we can be happy yet still feel unsatisfied deep inside. These moments remind us that what we feed will eventually shape us. 🤍

That is why we were reminded of four simple but powerful ways to feed our spirit: 𝟏. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝟐. 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝟑. 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟒. 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. Through prayer, we communicate with God; through surrender, we acknowledge that we cannot do everything on our own; through devotion, we spend intentional time knowing His Word; and through fellowship, we grow together with others in faith. These practices help us draw closer to God and become more sensitive to the Holy Spirit. ✨

And if you feel like you have been distant from Him, remember that it is not yet over. You can try again, seek Him again, and surrender again. 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐬. When we fully surrender ourselves to Him and recognize that apart from Him we are nothing, we begin to understand where true fulfillment comes from. So today, let this question remain in our hearts: “𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐑 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐇?”May we choose daily to nourish our spirit, pursue God, and remain rooted in His presence.

𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 | 𝐄.𝐑.𝐀 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘

Earlier, we simply gathered to bond, catch up, laugh, and enjoy one another’s company. we made the most of our time together, and of course, hindi mawawala ang foods! 😂 In the middle of our fellowship, some students suddenly talked to us and asked for drinks, and honestly, they’re cute! HAHAHA. What seemed like such a simple moment reminded us of how beautiful it is when God creates unexpected opportunities to connect with people. Even in the most ordinary moments, He can bring people together and make something meaningful out of it. ✨

It reminded us that 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫. When we choose to serve, give, and love even in the simplest ways, God can use it beyond what we can see. What started with a simple request for drinks became an opportunity to connect, pray, and share fellowship with them. Truly, it was such a beautiful reminder of God’s divine intervention and how He works in ways we never expect. May we continue to be faithful wherever He has placed us, grateful for every small opportunity to serve, and intentional with every person He brings into our lives. Because sometimes, the little things we do in faith can become part of something much greater in God’s hands. 🤍
