Victories Fire Truck Engine 1 is currently under CODE BLACK status due to engine repair.

The unit is temporarily out of service until repairs are completed. We will provide updates once Engine 1 is back in operation.

Last nights lecture gave trainees a deeper understanding of the history of VICTORIES—from its humble beginnings to the organization it has become today. Through the vision, dedication, and hard work of its pioneers, VICTORIES was built on a foundation of service, leadership, and commitment to the community.

Last May 27, 2026, aspiring emergency responders were formally welcomed as they embarked on their training journey under 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗠𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟬𝟭.

With courage in their hearts, discipline in their actions, and commitment to service, these trainees take their first step toward becoming competent, responsible, and dependable emergency responders.

The road ahead will demand perseverance, teamwork, sacrifice, and dedication. Through every lesson learned, challenge overcome, and skill mastered, they will be molded into individuals ready to serve and protect their communities.

Another productive day of learning and development for our trainees!

Today’s lessons focused on:
✅ Citizen’s Arrest and Demonstration

* Helps responders understand the legal basis and limitations of assisting in the detention of a person when witnessing a crime.

✅ Overview of Government Departments and Agencies

* Improves coordination and communication during disaster response operations.

✅ Overview of the Three Branches of Government.

* Helps responders recognize the authority of government officials and agencies during emergencies.

Through lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations, our trainees gained valuable knowledge on law enforcement procedures, the structure of government institutions, and the vital roles of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches in maintaining order and governance.

These learning activities continue to strengthen their competence, discipline, and sense of responsibility as future public safety and security practitioners.
