Duly licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) with license no. XI-2006-11, the organization operates as a social work agency implementing programs for family and community social development.

A Story of Determination and Success Beyond Disability

Angelico Jay Padojinog is an NCCC Cares Educational Assistance Program grantee in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, since high school.

He is the eldest among four siblings. His father passed away in 2024 due to illness, while his mother continues to provide for their needs through a small sari-sari store. As someone with an orthopedic disability, he remained determined, committed, and resilient. Through years of hard work, challenges, and perseverance, he continued to push forward and never allowed his situation to limit his dreams. And yesterday, April 20, 2026, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Palawan Technological College, Inc.

His story is a powerful reminder that limitations do not define a person’s future—faith, perseverance, and hard work do. He didn’t just complete his studies; he became an inspiration to many.

Congratulations, Angelico Jay! The NCCC Cares Family is so proud of you. May God bless you as you step into your next journey in life.
