DHI-PH2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

In light of recent concerns about our “NO STICKER, NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY,” we would like to clarify and explain this in a simple and transparent way.
This policy is implemented under Republic Act 9904, which allows homeowners associations to maintain peace, order, and security in our community. Our main goal is very simple:
👉 To keep every resident and family safe.
To make this effective, we require basic information (name, address, contact number, and vehicle details) when applying for a vehicle sticker. This helps us:
✔ Identify residents properly
✔ Monitor vehicles entering and leaving
✔ Prevent unauthorized access
We also want to assure everyone that we fully respect your rights under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
Your information is:
🔒 Confidential
🎯 Used only for security and HOA purposes
📁 Protected from unauthorized access
We understand that some may prefer not to share personal information—and we respect that. However, please understand that:
👉 Vehicle stickers are only issued to those who submit the required basic information.
If you choose not to provide this, you may still enter the subdivision, but you will undergo:
🛑 ID checking
🛑 Logging at the guardhouse
🛑 Possible delays during entry
This is not meant to inconvenience anyone, but to ensure equal security for all of us.
We also emphasize that this policy is applied fairly and equally to everyone, without exception.
