Dear Homeowners and Residents of DHI Phase 2,
We understand that we have just recently conducted our General Assembly last Sunday. However, we are calling for a Special General Assembly specifically to discuss and deliberate on a request from the DHI Ph2 Women's Association and Senior Citizens of DHI PH2 regarding the proposed construction of a stock room inside the Clubhouse.

This matter requires the participation, comments, and approval of our homeowners and residents.

LOCATION : DHI PH2 Clubhouse

Agenda:

1. Request of the Women’s Association and Senior Citizens of DHI PH2 to build a stock room inside the Clubhouse.

Last Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, our homeowners gathered at the DHI Phase 2 Clubhouse for our General Assembly.

It was a meaningful afternoon of updates, discussions, clarifications, and sharing of ideas for the continued improvement of our community. We are grateful to all homeowners and residents who took the time to attend, participate, and actively support our HOA.

This gathering also marked an important step as we look forward to the next chapter of our HOA leadership and the upcoming election of our new set of officers.

Thank you to everyone for your presence, cooperation, and continued commitment to our community. 💚

POSTPONEMENT OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Dear Homeowners of DECA Homes Indangan Phase 2,

Please be informed that the General Assembly scheduled for August 16, 2026 (Sunday) has been postponed and rescheduled to give consideration to the ongoing Kadayawan sa Dabaw celebration.

The General Assembly will now be held on:

NEW DATE: August 23, 2026 (Sunday)
TIME: 2:00 PM onwards
VENUE: DHI PH2 Clubhouse

We encourage all homeowners to take this opportunity to enjoy and participate in the Kadayawan festivities.

The General Assembly will proceed on the new date, where important matters concerning our community will be discussed.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your presence and participation remain important to the success of our General Assembly and to the continued development of our community.
