PREAMBLE - We, the students of Ateneo de Davao University, with the help of our God, the Supreme Almighty, believing in the need for an organized body for the advancement of genuine students’ consultation, participation, and representation in the University, do hereby adopt and promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws of BUKLAT: Buklurang Atenista, that shall promote Ignatian leadership, uphold a

socio-political awareness and development among students, embody the standards of academic, social and spiritual development and maintain the welfare of the students and the goals and aspirations of Ateneo de Davao University.
