IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

In light of the recent calamities and unforeseen circumstances that have affected many of our fellow Kiwanians, particularly those impacted by the devastating earthquakes in Mindanao, the Kiwanis International Southern Philippine District recognizes the challenges our members are facing during this time.

To provide our fellow Kiwanians with additional time to recover, make necessary preparations, and secure funds to participate in our biggest district gathering, we are pleased to announce the EXTENSION of the EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION for the KSPD Boracay District Convention 2026.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (PHP 4,800) is now extended until JULY 10, 2026.
We hope this extension will allow more Kiwanians from across the Southern Philippine District to join us as we celebrate fellowship, leadership, and service in beautiful Boracay.

KIWANIS SOUTHERN PHILIPPINE DISTRICT DISASTER RELIEF APPEAL

In light of the devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Mindanao on June 8, 2026, the Kiwanis Southern Philippine District calls upon all Kiwanis clubs, members, partners, and friends to unite in providing immediate assistance to the affected communities especially in General Santos City and Saranggani Province.

Thousands of families have been displaced, homes and livelihoods have been lost, and many are in urgent need of food, clean water, medical supplies, shelter, and other essential necessities.

As an organization dedicated to serving the children of the world and our communities, we stand in solidarity with our fellow Filipinos during this time of crisis.

WE ARE ACCEPTING DONATIONS IN CASH OR IN KIND

📦 Priority Relief Items:
• Rice and Non-Perishable Food
• Canned Goods
• Bottled Water
• Hygiene Kits and Sanitary Supplies
• Medicines and First Aid Supplies
• Blankets, Sleeping Mats, and Pillows
• Clothing (new or gently used)
• Baby Care Essentials

💸 Monetary donations will be utilized for emergency response operations, procurement of relief goods, and assistance to affected families and communities.

We encourage all Kiwanis clubs throughout the Southern Philippine District to organize local collection drives and coordinate relief efforts within their respective divisions.

Together, we can bring hope, comfort, and assistance to those who need it most.

The Kiwanis Southern Philippine District (KSPD) BORACAY DISCON 2026 Logo Contest deadline has been officially extended until June 15, 2026.

This extension provides additional time for interested participants to create and submit their best logo designs that embody the theme:

“Waves of Excellence, Shores of Service”

We encourage all Kiwanians, students, and aspiring artists to take advantage of this opportunity and showcase their creativity, innovation, and passion for service.

It's no question that a child’s future is shaped first at home. The support of a family, access to education proper healthcare, and financial stability all play a vital role in giving children the opportunity to thrive.

On this International Day of Families, we recognize the power of the Kiwanis family, where individuals and clubs come together to create better opportunities for children. From children themselves, to adults with disabilities, Kiwanians help create safe spaces and a sense of family for children everywhere.

Division 2B elected Annabelle Deseo of KC ProK as the Lieutenant Governor for Administrative Year 2026–2027 during the Division Assembly held earlier today at Kapis Mansion.

The event was graced by District Governor Danilo Fernandez. Also present from Division 2C Aklan were District Secretary Em Je Morales and Past District Governor Gabby Prado. Distinguished Kiwanis leaders who attended in support included Past International Trustee Kenneth Alovera, Past ASPAC Chair Ike Altavas, Past District Governor Stephen Bediones, and Past District Governor Magi Martinez.

Thirteen clubs were represented, with their respective Club Presidents in attendance. During the assembly, Lieutenant Governor Divine A. Clarito also delivered her Midyear Report.

KSPD Donation Drive for Bagyong Basyang Victims :

In response to the devastation brought by Bagyong Basyang, the Kiwanis Southern Philippine District (KSPD) is launching a Donation Drive in support of the recovery and rebuilding efforts in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte.

Let us unite as One Kiwanis, extending hope, healing, and help to our fellow Filipinos as Iligan rises and restores.

"Planting Hope, Sharing Joy"🎄🌱
The Kiwanis Club of Gensan Home of the Champions
joined its mother club Kiwanis Club of Magandang Gensan in sharing the joy of Christmas by bringing smiles to children of our adopted community near the riverbanks and hills of Barangay Mabuhay General Santos City..

With the support of City ENRO Gensan fellow, Kiwanis clubs of Div.6A- kiwanis Southern Philippine District and our generous benefactors, this meaningful activity showed how much can bloom when we work as one.

Children enjoyed freshly prepared treats, pancakes, hotdogs, banana bread, popcorn and ice cream, gifts, toys, school supplies, rubber slippers, and take-home spaghetti packs, spreading the spirit of Christmas to their families and the community. ♥️
