Faith Promise Feeding Program

Faith Promise Feeding Program In 2011, a Filipino lady in our church had a vision to start a feeding program. Our goal is to feed 120 kids every day! Thank you for visiting our page!

We are a ministry that shows the love of Christ to over 100 children by feeding them a meal and ministering to them 5 days a week based in Davao city, Philippines. Although this woman could only feed 4+ children a week with P200.00 ($5) she trusted God and now the Lord has enabled us to feed 100+ children 5 days a week since that time. Should we go above our goal with sponsorships we plan to start

feeding programs in different locations. You can also give a secure online donation at:http://www.fire-international.org/partner-with-us/

Good day everyone! This morning the lord shared to me this word, supposed to be for our team only! But the Lord prompted me to share this with you. I Don't know how this would speak through you but I believed this prompting is important and it is for someone out there. Let us be encouraged!

A Call for Revival to Our Ministry Team

My beloved brothers and sisters in the Lord,

There is something the Lord has been stirring in my heart that I want to share with you. It is time for us to return to prayer. It is time for the fire in our relationship with the Lord to be rekindled.

We are truly thankful that God has entrusted us with this feeding ministry. But let us not forget that we were not called only to feed the hungry. We were also called to introduce Jesus, the Bread of Life.

If we remain busy serving but our hearts have already drifted away from the Lord, then it is time for us to come back to Him. A ministry without prayer can become nothing more than routine. Service without the presence of God becomes powerless and unfruitful. We cannot give to others what we have not first received from the Lord.

Brothers and sisters, this is a wake-up call. Let us seek the Lord again with all our hearts. Let us pray for a true hunger for His presence. Let us read His Word and allow it to transform our lives first, so that when we share with others, it will come from our own personal experience with Him.

The people we serve do not only need food. They also need hope, peace, love, and above all, salvation through Jesus Christ.

So let us lay aside everything that hinders us from drawing near to the Lord. Let us stand together in prayer, in loving God’s Word, and in serving through the power of the Holy Spirit.

May the fire in our hearts for Jesus never grow cold. May everything we do bring glory to God and lead many souls to Him.

“Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?” — Psalm 85:6

Lord, revive us again. Start with us. Make our lives a testimony of Your love, power, and glory.

All glory belongs to God alone!

Thanks for keeping us in your prayer! God bless.

Heavenly Father,

We lift up every farmer in the Philippines affected by the flooding brought by the habagat and Bagyong IndayPH. You see their hard work, sacrifices, and the pain of losing the crops that support their families.

Please protect them, provide for their needs, and give them strength and hope during this difficult time. May the rains lessen, the floodwaters subside, and their farms recover. Send help to every affected family and bless them with the courage to begin again.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

A Testimony of God’s Transforming Love ❤️

Mary Joy Clata was once a child in our feeding program, and even after she graduated from the program, she continues to join us every day. Her journey is a beautiful reminder of how God can transform a life when someone is loved, encouraged, and discipled.

Before, Mary Joy was known as a very shy and introverted child. She didn’t have many friends, often stayed quiet, and struggled to express herself. There was even a time when we asked her to pray for the food, but instead of praying, she became emotional and started crying. We realized that she lacked confidence and needed someone to believe in her.

We continued to look after her—not with judgment, but with love and patience. We kept encouraging her, reminding her that she is valued and that God has a purpose for her life.

As time passed, we saw God move in her heart. She started attending church and became part of Firestarter, the next step in ministry after feeding. Slowly, we witnessed a great transformation—from a quiet child who struggled to speak, into someone who became active and involved in the ministry.

Today, Mary Joy has joined different areas of the church ministry. She even participated in a skit drama during one of our church events and has attended our youth camps for the past two years. Now as a teenager, she carries more confidence, continues to grow in faith, and keeps seeking God through church and ministry.

Her story reminds us that every child has a God-given purpose. Sometimes all they need is someone willing to walk with them, believe in them, and show them the love of Jesus.

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 1:6

When rain began to fall, and the muddy roads quickly became harder to walk. Most people hurried indoors, looking for shelter. But for a group of children in our community, the rain won't stop them from coming.

One by one, they gathered.
Some stood patiently under colorful umbrellas. Others squeezed themselves into a tricycle for cover. A few held their plates carefully, making sure not to spill a single grain of rice. Their clothes were simple, their surroundings humble, yet their smiles shone brighter than the cloudy sky above them.

To many people, it might look like a simple feeding program. But it's more than a meal and every plate tells a story.

Behind every child is a life that matters deeply to God. Behind every smile is a heart that needs love, hope, and the truth of the Gospel. Some of these children face hardships that no child should have to carry. Yet they come with excitement, laughter, and open hearts.

When the rain comes, they eat inside tricycles.
When the sun shines, they gather wherever there is space.

What matters most is not where they eat, but that they are welcomed, loved, and reminded that they are not forgotten.

As we serve food, we are also planting seeds. Seeds of faith. Seeds of hope. Seeds of God's love. This is the next generation sitting before us. We may only see children holding plates today, but God sees future pastors, missionaries, teachers, leaders, godly mothers and fathers, and servants of His kingdom.

The enemy would love to steal their future, but we believe God has a greater plan. We believe He can save them, transform them, and use them mightily for His glory.

That is why we ask for your prayers.

Pray that these children will come to know Jesus personally.

Pray that they will be protected from harm and guided in truth.

Pray that God will raise them up as a generation that loves Him wholeheartedly.

Pray that every meal shared will open a door for the Gospel to reach their hearts.

And pray that God will continue to provide so that this ministry can keep reaching more children.

Today, they may be eating in a tricycle while rain falls around them.
Tomorrow, they may be standing as faithful servants of God, reaching others with the same love that was first shown to them.

Never underestimate what God can do through a simple meal, a caring hand, and a praying heart.

Matthew 19:14 "Let the little children come to Me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven."

Please continue to pray for these precious children. They are not only the next generation—they are lives that God loves, and we trust Him to use them for His glory.

From kids in the feeding to feeding hearts 💞 (feeding to kitchen)

Years ago, James and Meca were among the children in our feeding program. They came as young kids, receiving meals, care, and the love of Christ through the ministry. We're both campers of our Burn ministry for a couple years!

Today, we stand in awe as we witness what God has done in their lives.

James and Meca (with other 2 of our kids that are not in the picture) is now serving and investing in the next generation, while taken the powerful step of water baptism (rebaptism), publicly declaring their faith in Jesus. What was planted years ago is bearing fruit of hunger in Jesus before our eyes.

This is why we serve. This is why we keep believing.

The children we minister to today are the leaders, servants, and disciples of tomorrow. Seeing James and Meca grow in their faith and hunger for God is a testimony that God's Word never returns void and that every act of love can have an eternal impact.

We give all glory to God for His faithfulness and for the lives He continues to transform. May their stories inspire many others to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. 🙏🔥

“Even when the rain came while we were cooking, God’s purpose never stopped. 🌧️❤️
What may look like a simple feeding program is more than giving food — it is sharing the love of Jesus, bringing hope, and reaching hearts that are hungry not only physically, but spiritually.

We are thankful for every visitor, every volunteer, every smile, and every child who reminds us why we continue this mission. Seeing these little ones laugh, worship, and experience love humbles our hearts deeply. The passion of God teaches us to serve with compassion, humility, and faith.

Our goal is not only to feed the lost, but to disciple them, guide them, and lead them closer to Jesus Christ — the true Bread of Life. 🙏✨

We believe every child matters. Every soul matters. And through simple acts of love, God is moving in this community.

‘Let the little children come to Me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.’ — Matthew 19:14 ❤️

Please continue to pray for this ministry, for the children, and for more hearts willing to partner with us in reaching lives for Christ.”

God bless you all.

🌟 God’s Love in Every Meal 🌟

Today’s feeding program was a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and love for His children. Seeing these young hearts gather together with hope and joy reminds us that even the smallest act of kindness can become a powerful blessing in someone’s life. 💛

Through God’s grace, we are able to share not only food, but Jesus himself, his compassion, love and hope. We are also able to encouragement our community. Every meal served is a reminder that God provides, and He works through people with willing hearts to make a difference.

To all our sponsors — thank you for allowing God to use you as instruments of love and generosity. Your support is touching lives and bringing hope to families in need. 🙏

May we continue to be a community that reflects God’s love through service and unity. Together, we can inspire change, uplift lives, and spread His goodness one meal at a time.
