Davao Young Leaders Congress The official page of DYLC. Davao Young Leaders Congress (DYLC) is a program designed for outstanding youth leaders in the Davao Region.

It aims to cultivate idealism, nationalism, and robust leadership skills among the youth to drive positive community transformation through targeted training in project planning and management, policy-making and lobbying, and start-up ideation and pitching. DYLC equips young leaders with appropriate skills to govern their barangays, organizations, businesses, and communities effectively and at the same time empowers them to take up and fill spaces that need their initiatives.
