TRANSPARENCY IN ACTION: CCYO FTY 2026 FINANCIAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT:

In the spirit of complete honesty and active stewardship, the Cogon Catholic Youth Organization is proud to present the official Financial Accomplishment Report for our 74th Annual Fiesta Celebration of Sr. San Roque (FTY 2026)!
Thanks to your trust and relentless support, we brought our community together while maintaining solid financial health. Here is a transparent look at where our funds came from, how they were spent, and where we stand today:
1. FUNDS MOBILIZED (Gross Income: ₱401,159.00)
Our community showed incredible unity in raising funds across these key areas:
• Solicitations & Sponsorships: ₱216,760.00
• Mr. & Mrs. Fundraiser: ₱66,527.00
• Fun Run Registrations: ₱56,250.00
• Liveband Concert & Tickets: ₱54,922.00
• Official Shirt Sales: ₱6,700.00
2. COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT (Total Expenses: ₱340,292.50)
Your contributions were directly reinvested into memorable programs that energized our community:
• Mr. & Mrs. Coronation & Event: ₱147,859.50
• Liveband Concert Production: ₱80,191.00
• Fun Run Operational Costs: ₱63,904.00
• Paanyag Sa Kadalanan: ₱43,838.00
• Basketball & PCT Band: ₱4,500.00
3. NET POSITION & STEWARDSHIP
• Net Income (Surplus): ₱60,866.50 (Gross Income minus Total Expenses)
4. MOVING FORWARD: FUTURE PROJECTS
We are already looking ahead to make sure Cogon's youth continue to thrive:
1️⃣ December 2026 Raffle Ticket Initiative: Launching this Christmas to generate sustainable funds for next year's youth development programs.
2️⃣ Covered Court Vendo Electricity: Installing a coin-operated power system in our covered court, allowing accessible, sustainable lighting for evening sports and community events.
