Nakatikim ka na ba ng pepe?
๐๐ช๐ต๐ด๐ฆ๐ข ๐จ๐ข๐ณ๐ค๐ช๐ข๐ฆ is known as pepe in the Bikolano language. This fruit is also called tablos in Palawโan, bagnolo or bangulo in Tagalog, pipay in Manobo, and kupa in Bagobo, among other names.
The fruit is oblate to globose, with a distinctive green stem cap. Its thick, smooth skin starts out greenish-white and ripens into shades of pink or red. Inside, the flesh is soft, creamy, and somewhat similar in flavor and texture to avocado.
