On July 20, 2026, the 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗔 𝗨𝗠 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 successfully held its 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, honoring the invaluable service and dedication of the 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 while officially welcoming and inducting the Incoming 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕.

The 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 proudly received a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 during 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀 2026, under the leadership of our very own President, 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗲ñ𝗮𝗹.

Although our President was not around during the event, the chapter was proudly represented by two dedicated officers, 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, Secretary, and 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲, Assistant Secretary.

Their achievement is more than a personal milestone—it is a source of pride for the Tourism Management Program, the College of Hospitality Education, and the entire University of Mindanao community. Through their dedication, they have showcased the capabilities of UM student researchers and brought honor and recognition to the University on the global stage.
