The LTB Philippines Chefs Association – Davao Chapter successfully held its Victory Party on June 6, 2025, at Salome’s Garden to celebrate the success of the recently concluded 10th Year Anniversary Celebration and the election of its new set of officers. The gathering brought together members of the Board of Officers to reflect on the milestone event, express gratitude to supporters, and chart the future direction of the organization as it welcomes a new leadership term.

The election was formally convened by Founding President Chef Salome “Sally” D. San Jose and Outgoing President Chef Raffy P. Yroma, DM-HRM, CGSP. Following the election, a meeting was held to discuss the planning and alignment of the association’s upcoming programs and initiatives.

Chef Bambi L. Lim was officially elected as the incoming president of the association for Calendar Year 2025–2026, alongside a new board committed.

LTB Davao 10th Anniversary Celebration Highlights

The heat is on as we officially open our 10th Anniversary Celebration with the arrival of our celebrity chef judges, joining us for an exciting series of events, including their much-anticipated cooking demonstrations!

The festivities began on a flavorful note with the LTB Summer Barbecue Night last May 21, 2025, at Salome’s Garden. The evening was graced by representatives from various government agencies, Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary schools, the celebrity chefs, the LTB Davao Board of Officers, and our valued industry partners who have continuously supported the association through events such as the Davao Culinary Cup.

LPU Davao proudly commemorates a decade of culinary excellence and passion in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Les Toques Blanches (LTB) Chef Association of the Philippines, Davao Chapter.

As the Home of Champion Makers, our International Culinary Institute and the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management have consistently exhibited exemplary performance — securing the Overall Champion title in 2023, attaining 1st Runner-Up at the Davao Culinary Cup 2024, and inaugurating the opening day of the Davao Culinary Cup 2025 held at SM Lanang, Davao City. These accomplishments attest to the exceptional skill, commitment, and passion cultivated at LPU Davao.
