JCI Week 2026 closed with a strong finish for JCI Lakambini Davao as we joined the Sportsfest and Culmination Day with pride, energy, and true champion spirit.

After a full week of trainings, service projects, fellowship activities, business learning, and regional participation, our chapter celebrated not only the memories made throughout the week, but also the awards earned through teamwork and dedication.

JCI Lakambini Davao proudly brought home the following recognitions:

🏆 Volleyball Tournament Champion
🏆 Basketball Women Champion
🥉 Chess Tournament 2nd Runner Up

These awards are more than trophies. They represent the collective energy of members who showed up, played with heart, supported one another, and carried the name of the chapter with pride.

As part of JCI Week 2026, JCI Lakambini Davao proudly hosted the Business Forum on April 24, 2026 via Zoom, creating a space for learning, entrepreneurship, and meaningful conversations on business growth.

The forum brought together insights from women leaders and entrepreneurs who shared practical lessons on building, sustaining, and strengthening businesses in today’s fast-moving landscape. It was a reminder that leadership is not only found in service, but also in enterprise, innovation, and the courage to build something with purpose.

Through this activity, we continue to support women in business, members in growth, and communities that are strengthened when leaders are equipped with knowledge, confidence, and direction.

Day 4 of JCI Week 2026 was a full day of purpose, participation, and fellowship for JCI Lakambini Davao.

During the day, we joined Project ATBP: Pagkalinga, Pagkakaiba at Pagkakapantay, a co-hosted project with JCI Durian City under Camp Pag-ibig and Education for Peace. Held on April 23, 2026 at CityMall Northtown, Cabantian, the activity reminded us that service begins with compassion, inclusion, and the commitment to create spaces where every child and every person feels seen and valued.

In the evening, our members continued the JCI Week spirit through eSports and Billiards Night, sharing moments of fun, friendly competition, and fellowship with fellow JCI members across the region.

From service to sportsmanship, Day 4 reflected what JCI Week is truly about: showing up, connecting with others, and creating impact in different ways.

JCI Lakambini Davao showed up with energy, teamwork, and sisterhood during the JCI Week 2026 Pickleball Tournament.

More than the rallies and the matches, the day became a space for fellowship, encouragement, and shared excitement among JCI members from different chapters. It was a celebration of wellness, sportsmanship, and the kind of team spirit that reminds us how leadership is also built outside formal meetings, through movement, presence, and meaningful connection.

JCI Week 2026 began with learning and laughter as JCI Lakambini Davao joined the Online Training Day and Trivia Night, bringing together members in the spirit of growth, fellowship, and active participation.

Through the online training, our members continued to sharpen their skills in digital creativity, social media, and communication, reminding us that leadership also grows through the willingness to keep learning. Later in the evening, the energy continued through Trivia Night, where camaraderie, quick thinking, and friendly competition brought JCI members across the region together.

For JCI Lakambini Davao, Day 1 was a beautiful reminder that every week of service begins with connection, curiosity, and the shared joy of showing up.

Leadership grows when we step into spaces that challenge us, teach us, and connect us to something bigger than ourselves.

Last May 15 to 17, 2026, JCI Lakambini Davao proudly participated in the 2026 Midyear Academy held in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, joining JCI Philippines leaders from across the country for a meaningful experience of learning, fellowship, and leadership development.

The JCI Philippines Midyear Academy served as a space to pause, reflect, and realign with the larger JCI mission. Through every session, conversation, and shared experience, our chapter gained new perspectives that can help strengthen how we lead, serve, and sustain our work for the rest of the year.

For JCI Lakambini Davao, participation in national learning spaces reflects our commitment to continuous growth. We believe that stronger leaders build stronger chapters, and stronger chapters create deeper impact in the communities they serve.

As Queens of Change, we carry every lesson forward with purpose, bringing home not only knowledge, but renewed inspiration to lead with clarity, kindness, and action.

A week of service, learning, fellowship, and friendly competition, made even more meaningful by the spirit of showing up together.

From April 19–25, 2026, JCI Lakambini Davao proudly joined the 2026 JCI Week Celebration in Davao City, taking part in a full week of activities that brought together JCI chapters across the region in the name of leadership, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Throughout the week, our chapter participated in Training Day on April 20, Pickle Night and the Davao Region Pop Up on April 21, Davao Region Bazaar and Trivia Night on April 22, Project ATBP, Esports, and Billiard Night on April 23, and proudly hosted the Business Forum Day on April 24.

The celebration culminated on April 25 with the Sportsfest and Culmination Day, where JCI Lakambini Davao brought home the following awards:

🏆 Overall Champion – Larong Pinoy
🏀 Champion – Basketball Women
🏐 Champion – Volleyball Tournament
♟️ 2nd Runner-Up – Chess Tournament

More than the awards, this week reminded us of what makes the JCI movement meaningful: the willingness to learn, serve, connect, compete with heart, and celebrate one another’s strengths.

To every Lakambini who showed up, played, supported, hosted, cheered, and represented our chapter with pride: thank you for carrying the spirit of sisterhood, excellence, and kindness in every activity.

Strong leadership is shaped not only by service on the ground, but by active participation in the rooms where direction, alignment, and accountability are strengthened.

Last May 2, 2026, JCI Lakambini Davao proudly participated in the 2nd Area Council Meeting held in Mati, Davao Oriental, joining fellow leaders across Area 5-Mindanao for a meaningful gathering centered on governance, collaboration, and shared organizational direction.

Area Council Meetings serve as important spaces where Local Organizations align with area-wide priorities, exchange updates, strengthen relationships, and take part in discussions that help move the JCI mission forward.

For JCI Lakambini Davao, our presence reflects our commitment to informed leadership and purposeful representation. By showing up in area-level governance, we continue to strengthen not only our chapter’s direction, but also our contribution to the larger JCI community.

Because leadership is not only measured by the projects we implement. It is also seen in how we participate, listen, represent, and help build systems that sustain meaningful impact.

Leadership becomes stronger when chapters stay connected to the wider movement they serve.

On May 23, 2026, JCI Lakambini Davao proudly participated in the 2nd Regional Council Meeting held in Maragusan, Davao Oriental, joining fellow leaders from across the Davao Region for a meaningful gathering of alignment, collaboration, and shared direction.

Regional Council Meetings are important spaces where Local Organizations come together to listen, contribute, and remain informed on the plans, priorities, and opportunities that shape the region. Through every discussion and exchange, leaders are reminded that JCI work grows stronger when chapters move with unity and purpose.

For JCI Lakambini Davao, our participation reflects our commitment to active representation, organizational awareness, and leadership beyond our own chapter. By showing up in regional spaces, we continue to strengthen our role in the larger JCI community and bring home insights that help us serve with greater clarity.

Because leadership is not only about what we build locally. It is also about how we contribute regionally, collaborate intentionally, and help move the mission forward together.

Every strong leadership year is built through both structure and celebration.

Last April 19, 2026, JCI Lakambini Davao gathered at San Josue Resort, Davao City for its 4th April General Membership Meeting and 8th Induction and Turnover Ceremonies, a meaningful day that brought together governance, sisterhood, and the formal beginning of another chapter in our organization’s journey.

The 8th Induction and Turnover Ceremonies became a celebration of commitment, continuity, and shared purpose. It honored the leaders who served before us, welcomed the officers and members stepping into greater responsibility, and strengthened our collective promise to lead with kindness in every space we enter.

As JCI Lakambini Davao continues its 2026 journey, this gathering reminded us that leadership is not carried by one person alone. It is carried by women who choose to show up, serve with heart, and build something greater together.

Here’s to a year of stronger systems, deeper sisterhood, and leadership rooted in grace, purpose, and action.
