UAP Sinlayan Dabaw proudly took part in the recently concluded 2026 Area D Assembly.

Our chapter contributed to the conceptualization and preparation of the CPD talks through the dedication of Coordinator for CPD Ar. Mai Ylagan, District Director Ar. Isidoro Malaque III , and Chapter President Ar. Angelo Regalado. DD Jun also serenaded the architects during the fellowship night.

Congratulations to the Assembly Organizing Committee, led by Ar. Reyl Espirituoso of UAP Balladaw Dabaw Chapter, for a truly successful and meaningful gathering.

The UAP Sinlayan Dabaw Chapter kicked off 2026 with energy, unity, and purpose! ✨

Last January 24, 2026, we held our 1st GMM of the year at Hwyl Cafe, celebrating the start of the year with fellowship, fun activities, and exciting raffle prizes. It was the perfect way to reconnect and set the tone for a productive year ahead.

On February 27, 2026, we gathered once again at Aulson's Cafe Juna for our 2nd GMM, highlighted by the election of officers for the upcoming fiscal year and the presentation of our chapter’s plans and activities. We also proudly expressed our support for the upcoming Area D Assembly of Architects this March 12–14, 2026.

These successful gatherings were made possible through the leadership of our Chapter President, Angelo Regalado, UAP, and the guidance of District D1a Director Isidoro Malaque III, UAP. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our industry partner, Pacific Paints Boysen Philippines, for their valued support.

With a strong bond and shared vision, our chapter is ready to go full blast this 2026! 💛🏛️

The UAP Sinlayan Dabaw Chapter successfully held its General Membership Meeting (GMM) last November 29, 2025 at HWYL Café, under the leadership of Chapter President Ar. Angelo Regalado, UAP. The session brought together members in a productive and engaging discussion as the chapter finalized its plans and programs for the upcoming National Architecture Month and the forthcoming District Assembly.

A key highlight of the evening was the insightful talk delivered by Ar. Mike Madrazo, UAP, who shared his expertise on Marketing for Architects. His presentation provided timely and valuable perspectives, especially for the chapter’s predominantly young architects who are navigating the early stages of their professional careers. His insights emphasized the importance of strategic branding, professional visibility, and effective communication in today’s competitive architectural landscape.

The chapter extends its appreciation to all members who participated and to Ar. Madrazo for inspiring the community with his knowledge and experience. With strengthened direction and renewed motivation, UAP Sinlayan Dabaw Chapter looks forward to a meaningful and impactful month ahead.
