Virtualahan is an inclusive and accessible online training school for People with Disabilities, Solo Parents, Out-of-School Youth, recovering addicts, Indigenous People, and other marginalized communities. Community members are trained in in-demand online skills like lead generation, content marketing, graphic design, video editing, social media marketing, basic website design, e-commerce and othe

rs. While on training, students undergo well-being sessions to improve their mental health, life skills, and self-worth. After the training employment support activities like job shadowing, job interview workshop, resume-making, mentorship, mock interviews, and apprenticeship are conducted to increase the chances of landing a job even for those without work experience. We also help employment partners to embrace inclusive hiring through series of training on Disability Inclusivity and Sensitivity Workshops, Inclusive Hiring, and more.
