[𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍] The Health Services Division, in collaboration with the Department of Health XI (DOH XI), will conduct a Bloodletting Activity on February 27, 2026 from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM at the College of Development Management Gymnasium, USeP-Mintal Campus.

As part of this undertaking, we would like to ask for your pre-registration and confirmation to donate and join in this activity. This survey is our basis for obtaining the number of people interested in donating. The activity is open to faculty, staff, students, and the people in the community.
